Bishop Sullivan takes Mass online

With churches closed, Bishop Dennis Sullivan began Mass online at 10:30 Sunday morning. The diocese has compiled a list of churches that livestream their Masses, which is how Catholics can celebrate.

"It is the older faithful who are most vulnerable that usually attend," Sullivan said when he announced cancelation of all Masses.

"I have asked our pastors to find ways of communicating with parishioners on a regular basis during this time of crisis and separation from our communal spiritual lives," he said. "Providing prayer lines; social media gatherings; regular information and such can help people, many of whom may feel isolated."
